Why install instead of bookmarking
A PWA install gives you a real app icon, full-screen mode, and a dedicated window. The Service Worker also pre-caches the app shell so the page loads instantly even on a slow network. Bookmarks just open a browser tab with the address bar still visible.

Does the PWA work on Windows or macOS laptops?
Yes. Chrome, Edge, and other Chromium-based browsers support PWA install on Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS. The app opens in its own window with no browser chrome.
Will I get push notifications?
Not currently. ScanSheet does not send push notifications. The app uses in-tab toasts and updates instead.
How do I uninstall the PWA?
On iPhone, long-press the icon and tap Remove App. On Android, long-press and tap Uninstall. On a laptop, open the installed app and click the three-dot menu → Uninstall.
